Body Flows organizes and leads regular weekend Retreats in nature in various locations around Northern California. As well as retreats being a wonderful way for you to relax, rejuvenate and (re)treat yourself, they also allow you to spend time in nature away from your busy life, improve your health and fitness, learn something new, meet new friends, find more balance and calmness in your life, and have fun!


Each Body Flows Retreat combines various elements of yoga, meditation, hiking, trail running, outdoor fitness, cleansing, massage, wine tasting and more, and follows a specific theme, of which our latest were Fall Equinox - Life in BalanceSummer Solstice and Manifesting Intentions.


Body Flows can also work with you to customize and lead a retreat for a specific group, for example your company or office team, a club or society or a group of friends. Activities that are relevant for your group can be chosen for your custom retreat. Please contact Sally directly for more details.
